Topic: Cheese Thread

I love blue cheese, even though I'm allergic to mold.

I never had blue cheese but I had blue cheese and buffalo wing chips before, was really good!

I want to try an experiment someday..

I want to combine my two favorite food.. cheese and shrimp. I'll make shrimp sampi and mac n cheese someday and combine them.. wonder how it'll turn out..

@MegaBeedrill Shrimp in mac & cheese doesn't sound like too ridiculous a prospect. I've probably had that before in some seafood mac & cheese sometime. I've definitely seen lobster mac & cheese, and that wasn't too strange.

Gouda for me. It just seems to melt so perfectly on anything. But I'll be damned if that New York Buffalo Wing cheese didn't get my attention.

We can't forget nacho cheese

and nacho cheese cheetos

Fret not, for shrimp is not an unheard-of pizza topping either. It goes great on white pizza. 😋

Blue cheese with some crackers and white wine

Pepperjack is also on my radar when at the deli, as well as Camembert.

The other day I had some white Venezuelan cheese, called Pigtails (Trenzas). Douse it with some pizza sauce and a coke... Delicious!!!

You guys inspired me to make ravioli gorgonzola for dinner: cheese and spinach ravioli with a creamy blue cheese and mushroom sauce. Om nom.

I love cheeseburgers. The cheese adds a little extra flavor to my burger.

Cheese is food, not friends.
