Someone actually managed to post an English subtitled version of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods on YouTube, so I watched that last night.
The video wasn't of the best quality, but it was good enough to watch. As for the movie itself, while it won't go down as one of my favorite parts of the series, it was good fun nonetheless (I won't spoil what happens, but the most hilarious part is how Vegeta acts, lol).

Cardcaptor Sakura is literally the 2nd anime I ever watched (after Pokemon).
of course it was the stupid dub and its episode skipping...
I'm actually considering watching the original version in the next few months and hopefully it's better than the last time I decided to watch a magical girl anime.
I think it was my third or fourth after Pokemon, Digimon, and possibly Medabots. But pokemon doesn't really count.
You should definitely give it a shot. The original version is much better than the horrific English dub. And this is one of if not the best magical girl anime. Although Madoka and Fate/Zero were also outstanding entries in the genre. I guess a lot of my enjoyment of CCS is 'cause of sentimental attachment but it's still a high quality anime. It can be childish at times though which is understandable and things don't really start picking up until around the 30's.
EDIT: oh, looks like I never finished my third re-watch. Guess I'll continue that instead. Save me 30 episodes lol.
Anyways, seeing as I'm sick, I've already watched 3 One Piece eps today. I'm nearing the middle of the Skypiea Arc, with the first priest defeated, the shandians gathering, and the various groups of Straw Hats doing their best to make their way back to the ship. I'm really liking this arc so far, and combined with the Jaya Arc, the entire Saga has been pretty good as well.
Anime watching: Mobile Suit Gundam, Lupin III, & Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable
Reading: The Golden Compass
So is it just me, or is the first opening for Mekaku City Actors way better than the "Completed" version of the opening? I mean, look at the the first opening;
Now look at the second opening;
To me, it seems like complete opening adds lots of unnecessary fluff that ruins the vibe that the song and most of the animation gives off. And if I may be so bold, I think the incomplete opening is actually far more subtle than the complete opening. Or maybe I'm pulling my preference out of nowhere.

I'm not sure why, but I didn't really feel the English dub of Attack on Titan tonight. It seemed fine in the dub preview, but I dunno... I wasn't very impressed, maybe it was just the main cast I don't like, especially Armin. In any case, hopefully it will seem better to me once the anime picks up some, as I forget that the first episode was easily not the strongest one and the voices might sounds slightly different as the characters haven't aged yet.
Also, I missed last week's Boondocks episode, but hopefully I will be able to watch the upcoming one. Being a Breaking Bad fan I'm really looking forward to it.
And I'm also slowly putting together a list of anime to watch during summer which I'll get started on in a couple weeks... So far I'm thinking of starting Soul Eater, and One Piece, as well as re-watching Cyborg 009, Cowboy Bebop and Dragon Ball. I'll definitely be seeking out lesser-known stuff later on, though.
Attack on Titan - The animation in this has to be the most lush I've ever seen in an anime, but my gosh was this depressing... O_O (not bad by any stretch of the imagination, just sad...) Action looked great.
Bleach - Yeah, it was a time skip episode, and I always love those, lol.
Space Dandy - My goodness this was a funny episode. Glad they didn't drop it, 'cause now I should be able to see it all
Naruto Shippuden - This episode wasn't really stand out, but it had a few humorous moments.
One Piece - Awfully tense episode. Hope they get there in time!
Blue Exorcist - Guess this was par for the course.
Black Lagoon - Way to stand up for yourself Rock! Also, this is officially the most crass anime I've ever seen, lol (I can't mention it here, but there was one particular spoken line that shocked me. Never thought I'd hear something like that in an anime)
They had a promo for Beware the Batman tonight (I personally think Batman: the Animated Series would have been the better choice, if they go this route, but whatever).
Time to find the next InuYasha!

Last night was my first time watching Attack on Titan, and I liked it. I watched with a friend who saw the entire season, but it was his first time seeing the Dub.
I think I might watch the rest on Crunchyroll, though. I dislike waiting...
New Boondocks parodied Breaking Bad! Meh, I was expecting more from the episode. Better than last week's. Sadly, season 4 is looking pretty weak right now.
I need to see what this Attack on Titan is all about!
On a side note I've been watching one of my all time favorites and classic Yu Yu Hakusho. Heard the series is getting a reboot and got a little excited!

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
