New Member=If you have been here for under 100 days
Member=If you've been here between 100 and 500 days
Senior Member=If you have been here for 500+ days
Banned=If you've been reported enough,you will get a ban

No need. You can look up when users joined and their banned status

There may not be a need, but I think it should be an option. Also a post count somewhere.

Because users will use it for snobbery and look down on new users.. Kind of like what some users are doing already.

Make that against the rules. Several websites do that.
