i think everyone is waiting for someone to take the risk and get it before they risk their 500 pts... im tempted but the more i look at it the more it doesnt look like it would be worth the 500 pt investment...

edit

screenshots shows there is a CAREER MODE, but only 5 stages ? could be a very short game.... 50/50 chance i might grab it tonight if i dont hear anyone else say anything

I got it, and while the overall idea of the game isn't too bad (basically you're trying to either bankrupt other players or off-load your resource cards to them with the action cards you are dealt):

The career mode seems way too short (even tho there is a 'free-play' mode that allows you to configure individual games to your own difficulty level, there isn't much point to it beyond challenging yourself);
There's a little more luck involved than strategy in some games (ie. when there are several opponents you can lose simply because one of the other players not next to you is able to get rid of all their resources without you really being able to do anything about it;
And finally, there is no multi-player mode, which seems to be almost required to really enjoy a game like this.

So if it was 200 pts it's probably a good game to waste time with, but 500 seems a little high for what you end up getting imho.

The curiosity got the better of me and I got it. The "tutorial" mode was just the help files with a little animation. That is a disappointment. I have played it a couple of times. I get bits and pieces of it but it hasn't clicked for me how everything works. Mind you the last time I tried it I had a very bad head cold and my comprehension for anything new was not happening. I will give it a better play thru today.

@ Froggievilleus. It's not your cold. The game is just bad
I've got the review. The full write up should be up soon, but I'll just tell you all right now: It's awful. Don't buy it. Despite a simple premise, It's an incredibly convoluted game, and it does a really bad job of explaining things. I've played quite a few games and I still find myself saying, "wait, what just happened?!" every few turns. Not only that, but the games can last a really long time, meaning it's not great for pick-up-and-play sessions. I'll go into further detail in the review.
