Now that the gamespy contract has expired and we have lost wi-fi for nintendo games like mario kart.. would it be safe to say that gamespy has now deleted or destroyed all saved data on their servers or would you think that nintendo has copied over or purchased these servers for possible future use? the only reason i ask is because ... lets take

100's of people created tens of thousands of levels. some boring, some amazing. but there is a collection of levels that were created just sitting there. hundreds if not thousands of hours of users works and sweat all gone in a day? i would hope that nintendo thought about possibly saving these levels off on a hard drive somewhere..
