A few weeks ago, I bought a couple games, including Sudoku. For some reason Sudoku didn't count on the Club Nintendo site. Well, whatever. It's just one game, 10 points, not a big deal.
Unfortunately the problem is chronic. None of my recent purchases -- Rayman, Pop Island, Army Defender -- show up on the site. It's starting to bug me. Anyone know what this problem is or how to fix it? I'm not sure how I should approach Nintendo. I'm a big DSiWare fan/customer and would hate to lost out on hundreds of points for an issue I could solve.
Army Defender and My Notebook: red have not shown up on mine either. If I don't see them in 7 days I may contact Nintendo. Its hard to imagine they would not count for points.
Yes. It counts most games, but some of them just don't register for some reason.
Did u wait a week or longer for it to appear?
Well, for Sudoku I did, and it never showed up, so I'm assuming the same thing will happen with the most recent batch. It's not that they're not giving me the option to get points, it's that the game isn't on the site at all.
This has happened to me a lot (usually on the VC), especially when I download multiple games on the same day. I should probably contact Nintendo on this problem as I have around 18 games that haven’t given me post play surveys. Some of them are actually first party Nintendo games and they all appear on my products registered list.
The only time something like this happened was when I accidentally forgot to link my account before making my VC and wiiware purchases. I gave Nintendo a call and they fixed everything up really quick
