Yeah, this looks to be a day one purchase for me. Old-school RPG's are my favorite thing in the world, and I'm hoping it can tide me over 'til Golden Sun DS comes out.

I think if you're looking forward to Nostalgia, it being an old-school-SNES-era-type RPG, you'd really enjoy the Golden Sun games on the GBA. They're in that same category. And the graphics for that game are absolutely stunning; see if you can't find any good footage on YouTube or something. I haven't ever seen better spell effects than in that game. Of course, I'm always wearing my Golden Sun fanboy goggles, so take my word with a grain of salt.

I read an interview in Nintendo Power that said Nostalgia was actually planned to come out for the Super Nintendo, but it got scrapped before it saw the light of day (at least I think I'm remembering correctly). It also has that look and feel, from what I've seen.

Oh, you meant the graphics! That makes much more sense. No, the in-game graphics look nothing like a SNES game, you're right about that. What I meant by "look" was more of the character designs and such.

Yup, that's what I meant. Once I started to look up gameplay and stuff for this game, it instantly became the top thing on my birthday list, breaking in line in front of tons of other ds games. @phoenixsage Thanks for your compliment. You should have seen my other backgrounds and banners! Oh, and I plan on keeping these Nostalgia themes until the game comes out. Oh, I got an idea for an icon! I can draw Real sonic on a blimp using gimp, with the nostalgia logo under it. I'll get to work on that Right now!
