That looks like the unreleased Shantae sequel by Wayforward for GBA that could never find a publisher. In fact, I've seen that screen before (albeit smaller). Well, I for one would be be a LOT more excited for a Shantae 2 announcement than Turtles in Time Reshelled. Nothing against the Turtles but I would much rather have the SNES version of Turtles in Time on VC instead of Reshelled.

I was actually thinking, and maybe I could use a VH, I realized I lost my GBA charger. I know I can buy a new one, though. But I like the DSi's backlight better and it's more convenient since I wouldn't need two Nintendo handhelds. And I can also start a fresh new GB collection
