I have two game ideas: 1. A rhythm game similar to AudioSurf. Players can "ride" any of their AACs stored on the SD card. Lots of different modes, online leaderboards. It would cost 500 DSi Points. 2. An Unreal Tournament like FPS game. The download from DSiShop would include only the engine and frontend of the game and a very advanced editor for maps and mods. The download would take up less than 100 blocks. On start-up players would connect to the developer's game server and download the free Essentials pack (default game modes, maps, meshes, textures, sounds, etc.), which would be about 50MB large, to the SD card. This would save space on the system memory. The essentials would include Campaign, Instant Play, Online and Local Multiplayer Modes. Players could access the game's community website and download/upload maps, mods and updates created by users or developers with the editor that was included in the initial download. There would be a community currency which could be bought with a credit card. Authors could offer their created content free or sell it. The community's currency could be withdraw to users' credit card's, allowing them to earn money. The game would be cost 2000 DSi Points. There would also be a demo version available for 500 DSi Points which would include quite a few maps and game modes but no online and no editor.

*Hunt the Hare and turn her down the rocky road all the way to Dublin, Whack follol de rah!*
I would make a port of Super Mario Kart, but add online play and 12 player races/battle mode.

ya.... I was reading on that... apparently they would only realease actual nintendo games (e.g. zelda) and not other games (e.g. disney games)... if they did then I would get all the zelda games.... loved them!

A full port of Starcraft in the RTS genre with full online multi-player support with the increased RAM, the unit cap should be able to be pushed to a full 200. The system requirements are as follows:
90 MHz CPU 16 MB RAM
Seeing as the DSi has a ARM7 33 and an ARM9 133 and a full 16 MB of RAM, it can run the game completely. Also, the specs apply for the expansions. Oh yeah, this is on Windows, so take out the fact Windows need the resources as well and you can see it can run well.
Price: 2000 points
20 bucks is steep for a DSiWare title, but add in the expansion as well. Right now, after years, the battle chest sells for 20 bucks. Add adhoc and friend code matchups along with local wifi, you have a winner!
BTW: I know it would work, I played the homebrew Starcraft and it ran spendidly!
Vegeta: Just...just...transform damn you... Bulma: We are going to have a penthouse sweet...and he'll drive a corvet...and we will make love every single... Zarbon: (transforms) Bulma: KILL IT WITH FIRE!
Bomberman, for 500 points, with lot's of maps, multiplayer, Wi-Fi, like Bomberman Blast, but I should include Singlecard-playing of course !
But what I really want to make, is RollerCoaster Tycoon, for 800 or 500 points. With all the maps of the original game, and an funtion to share your parks and tracks on Wi-Fi and local, and that you can play the music that's on your SD-card! Perhaps, we can ask it to Chris Sawyer to make this for DSiWare. Who doen't want the original RollerCoaster Tycoon to go on the NDS(i)?
