HELLO
I have a friend visiting the UK (Bournemouth and Hastings specifically)

I asked him to watch for the DS version of Carcassonne

Can anyone please offer me a store suggestion that may sell this game, i know it was not released to north america so I am hopeful
Thanks!!

Try this.... go to a website called Yell.com. In the search box type in 'video games' and 'Bournemouth'. I came up with a list of 10 shops in the area along with a map, then do the same thing for Hastings. That could help him. He could always ring the phone numbers when he's there and see if they have the game in stock.

I went to Bournemouth last summer. Had a lovely time visiting the whole south coast. Where do you and your friend live now?

I've officially never heard of that game. The major videogame retailers here in the UK are Game, Gamestation and HMV though (and probably some others my brain's slipped on)

EDIT: OK, I did a Google search and looked on Amazon UK. I don't think this game ever came out, at least not in the UK. I've officially never seen it in any shops, there's nothing on Amazon, and the only information I can find of it are a couple of random forum threads. Looks like if it did come out, it was extremely limited stock for a very small time frame some time ago and promptly dispappeared shortly afterwards. It's not even listed on Amazon.

Does this game even exist? I think you may have to look at Channel Islands shipping on Amazon UK as they are the only UK based places that occassionally stock European Exclusive games.

I have a friend in Malta who managed to get Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy IV in the olden days so it's possible these smaller countries are more likely to stock such rare stuff.

Main Final Fantasy & Quest/Shinobi Team fan...but I do like many SEGA games and a few Nintendo games.

I can be cute if I want to be, but I choose not to...as it's not my style.
