Look what I found here:

http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wfc/en_na/ds/results.jsp?err...

The nintendo customer support has to say this about the DSi Error-Code: 206602:
To redeem a Nintendo DSi Download Ticket number, such as for the Nintendo DSi Speak Channel, enter the number off the Nintendo DSi Download Ticket in "Settings and Features" off of the main Nintendo DSi Shop page, then select "Nintendo DSi Download Ticket."

hmm ... a Nintendo DSi Speak Channel... seems like a Skype-like app is confirmed now!!!!

I see what you mean ... they changed it. Just google "DSi Speak Channel" and you will see many other website reported about this text on the nintendo support site. I think Nintendo noticed the reaction about this text and changed it ... that means it will come but nintendo doesn't want to announce it yet.

If it's true, it will likely be just as supported as Wii Speak.

I think they could have made the Wii speak Channel more fun. They should've added new stuff to it to make it more interactive. I just hope if they really do a DSi speak Channel it's actually worth going to.

Could this mean a DSi Speak Channel? I sure hope so, Nintendo would be stupid not to include voice chat in the DSi.

I hope its with videochat. On the top screen you can see the other person and on the touchscreen you see yourself and some options and stuff ... would be AWESOME!

I could've just been an error from an lazy employee, cause that's what it seems like.

Also I would prefer a Skype channel so I can talk to people who aren't using a DS, but that would be cool so we can't have that!

LMAO!!!

It would be nice to hear "official" confirmation from Nintendo, but I don't see who could be pulling a hoax here, so I am celebrating already )) We were just talking about this last week, too... a dedicated message board for DSi users. Awesome!!! Maybe they really are listening?

This is what I don't get: The original message mentions a code to get the channel. Ummm, the DSi already has a built in mic so what is someone gonna be buying at retail that contains this code?? It made sense for Wii but not so much in this case. Other than that, I'm really excited for this!

Ok, hopefully we'll be able to see this application soon

The code thing is weird. What hardware would you need? A better mic or camera? Or maybe the code is going to be in a game.
