It's nice you can at least save to SD, though which is a relief to me seeing how big my Japanese DSiWare list is looking (43+ titles as of this writing).
Easier to re-download? Hardly. I find the DSiWare shop a pain to navigate as it takes its sweet time loading from one page to the next. Copying files from an SD card is also way faster.

Yeah, but you have to upload them all first. Usually when I delete a game I don't plan on re-downloading it so don't upload it. And I use my SD card a lot and end up corrupting it every now and then. I mainly posted that so others would know you don't require an SD card when you run out of space, you can re-download them.
Not having games run off the dsi from the start was so stupid. Nintendo clearly either doesn't care about dd or really really sucks at it.
Yeah, it's an odd move considering the Wii had the ability at the time of the DSi launch, didn't it? I suspect they're more paranoid about the SD card being exploited for piracy after the debacle with the GBA cart slot on the DS. I'm still awaiting delivery of the DSi LL, so is there a page limit like the SD channel on the Wii or can you just add an infinite number of games to the SD card in the DSi?
