Meta Knight was always my favourite character un SSB, but on the website ( https://ebgames.com.au/3ds-205985-Nintendo-amiibo---Meta-Knig... ) it says that it's only compatible with the Wii U games. Is it going to be compatible with the New 3DS XL upon release? Thanks.
There probably wont be any games on the 3DS he will be usable with, except maybe some kind of Amiibo All-Stars game (doesn't have to be fighting/racing)
I'm a Danish gamer, but I mostly play on Nintendo hardware. I love gaming local co-op, and playing Mario Kart with my cousin (she's owning me btw!)
My favourite game franchises are Super Smash Bros. & Sly Cooper.
The Amiibos will receive a pad that will make them compatible with the 3DS(like the portal for Skylanders). I'm sure they'll make an update so you can use them in Smash on the 3DS, and maybe a few Kirby games that'll be released later
