Topic: You can still Buy Full 3DS, etc Games with the eshop

1 have your system okayed to sign in on phones, web, etc
2 make sure parental controls allow shopping and it is not restricted
3 have a credit card (I forgot if eshop cards will also work)
4 have a linked account with my nintendo
5 merge funds even with zero money

• Find the 3ds game, etc by googling and make sure its thru the official nintendo.com website
• find the game and click download on the nintendo website
• sign into my nintendo account
• After you buy it will say to put ur unit in sleep mode (NO-it Doesn't work I tried)
• Open Up eshop on the device
• Either go to redownloads or find the game via search, and at the bottom of the game's info page where it asks to purchase it, it will ask you to go to the redownload screen, etc.
• redownload it

I was checking the 3DS eshop and the Nintendo site and read that both gift cards and credit cards could no longer be used. So I was like, how the heck is this supposed to work then? My Nintendo did allow me to add credit using Paypal and I could then buy directly in the eshop using my new3DS. Did have to merge funds. Purchasing through My Nintendo didn't work for me.

Gotten kind of interested in a few 3D classics games to pick up before the store closes and Rytmik (music making app) is heavily discounted atm.
