Okay how im i going to say this nintendo has remove pokemon bank in the future release section in north america just couple of days ago what are your thoughts about it.
Hey now wait a second - the only other app that received this treatment was the now infamous Flipnote Studio 3D... the thing these two apps have in common is a yearly fee (or I think monthly in the case of flipnote)... connection...? Maybe...?
@Gioku The connection is that the price for the yearly fee will go up. I'll probably get Pokemon Bank and use it for 3 days, but for Flipnote Studio 3D...............That's for life man!
I made Sheldon & Mr. Randoms back on Flipnote Hatena, now i'm a kangaroo mod that has a funko pop collection!
I'm not keen politics since that stuff is spooky, I'd rather watch SpongeBob over Fox News anyways!
I'd like to point out that Pokemon Bank still has an actual page on the eShop that's accessible from the Pokemon X/Y section on the front page of the eShop. Flipnote Studio 3D only had a video. If they remove that page for Pokemon Bank, then we can worry.
I'm sure we'll get information soon. Nintendo was probably waiting for the major eShop sales to end because Atlus and the indies lost major days of vital sales while the eShop was down. The major ones have ended, and there was extended maintenance on Pokemon X/Y's online today. The full version of the XY Global Link launches on January 12th, which is next week (and the BW Global Link will close). When the BW Global Link first launched, the servers crashed for a few days.
I think I have a pretty good guess as to when they will release information and I wanna see if you agree. They normally release a Nintendo direct monthly, usually mid month. Last couple months it was like the 13th and 27th of November in this case and he 18th of December. I think it is likely the next Nintendo direct will come out at the end of this week. And either they will announce the date then, or they will announce that it has been released that very day. My bet is that there will also be some cool other stuffs released in this Nintendo direct also, officially being the end of the Year of Luigi. I can only hope my guess is at least somewhat right. But who knows. My guess is still, during the Nintendo direct, and within the next 2 weeks. Meaning if not this friday, by the next friday.
Either that or they're redoing the system so that hacked pokemon can't make it anymore
How can they stop action replay related stuff being done to a legit DS version of e.g Black & White 2 how could they stop it ? (They didn't even manage to get rid of Smash Stack for the Wii U).

it's easy for a program to identify an abnormal value, that would also remove glitch Pokémon. come on, it's NOT real time the bank isn't multiplayer it has NO NEED to find abnormal "behavior" while it is played, it has to find numbers that shouldn't be possible inside a Pokémon's data while it is stactic and unchanged. simple on the paper not TOO hard on practice. actually if they're having problem is in finding a way to remove hacked Pokémon without affecting authorized event Pokémon(like surfing Pikachu) and also recalculating stuff from Pokémons that had the base stats changed
I bet the delay is to avoid other crash in Nintendo's servers(it' no news that Nintendo isn't the best when it comes to online stability and such things)
goodbyes are a sad part of life but for every end there's a new beggining so one must never stop looking forward to the next dawn
