Topic: New Club Nintendo Award Games Available!

I am definitely getting Pictobits - I don't already own it and have been VERY interested. The other games available though... not so sure about. In case people don't know, the games are:

Pictobits
3D Classics: Urban Champion
Snowpack Park
Eco Shooter: Plant 530

All at 150 points! Does ANYBODY like Urban Champion? I remember playing it as a kid, and so have a strong sense of nostalgia when SEEING images of it... but I think it's pure nostalgia, it doesn't sound like it's a GOOD game lol.

IMPORTANT EDIT: The games aren't technically UP yet. It SHOWS them when you log on to your account, but you can't actually GET them yet it seems.

The next Urban Champion fan I come across will also be the first.

I'll be all over Pictobits too, btw. And I'll have to take a close look at Eco Shooter, since it was developed by Intelligent Systems.

By "the next" do you mean you are also an Urban Champion fan? Care to elaborate on what you like about it? I remember playing it a lot as a kid but everyone says it's awful haha.

Also, another note: currently the Club Nintendo site is down, but I SWEAR I saw those games up there! Those are the ones I promise lol.

I meant it as a roundabout way of saying that I've never met an Urban Champion fan (including myself). I would not personally recommend Urban Champion to anyone.

Also the games are officially up now! Though Eco Shooter is 200 coins, not 150. My bad! Yay downloading Pictobits now!

Does anyone know if this plan is also going to be announced for Europe at some point?

Do you recommend the wiiware titles?

I think Snowpack Park is definitely worth 150 coins/stars, if you're into those type of games. I haven't actually played it yet, but I've watched some YouTube gameplay videos. It looks very interesting, to say the least. It appears like one of the more original WiiWare titles. You should check out some videos like I did @DarkEdi. I have a download ticket code for Snowpack Park. I want to give it to my son, so he can play it on the Wii where he resides. I watched some YouTube gameplay videos of Eco Shooter: Plant 530 as well, but the gameplay appeared as if it was just too dull for my taste. It also seemed a little silly for a first-person shooter. Although, it's fairly original too.

I actually contacted Nintendo of America, and asked them if they were ever going to offer WiiShop downloads as Club Nintendo rewards. At that time, I was led to believe Club Nintendo of Europe was already offering these type of rewards. That's why I originally decided to contact them. They replied that Nintendo of America had no knowledge of them ever offering these type of rewards in the future, but they could understand why I would desire to have access to such rewards. Over a year later, and WiiShop/eShop downloads began being offered as Club Nintendo rewards. I was like, "Hell Naw!" lol

We could trade stars for points though, but they'll only work on a wii or dsi console... no 3ds..

I enjoyed Snowpack Park. If you like games like Chibi Robo, and Animal Crossing you might enjoy it.

I actually like Urban champion... A lot actually. But that's probably because I played the heck out of Game and Watch boxing when I was little. But get pictobits no matter what, that is amazing right there.
