Look at how wide that Rainbow Road is. That's not a racetrack, that's a country lane. It's looking how I feared this game would be, more similar to the Wii version than it's portable predecessors.
What are you talking about? The wii version of Rainbow road wasn't to wide at all and is IMO the best track in the series. Also, while the MKW version of Rainbow road had some was partly influenced by SMG, I would've liked it if it was more. The MK7 version of Rainbow road does look too wide though and doesn't look like its influenced by SMG like I was hoping it would be but not much of it has been shown so hopefully it will be less wide and have SMG influences. EDIT: I didn't realize that it was a video and after letting it load and watching the video it doesn't look like the whole track will be that wide so I'm not as disappointed about that anymore.
I don't know if it's been brought up, but is anyone else bummed about there not being any bikes in this one? I know I am. I am still going to get the game, but I loved the bikes in MKW.

Actually, now that I think about it, MKW's RR was really wide, but it was still challenging, just not as much as the past two RR's. I've now seen the clip in question for MK7, and it looks less wide than MKW and hopefully just a small exception to the course overall.
Looks like they're going for a space theme with this one. Not sure if it is specifically supposed to conjure Galaxy or not.

Thers a difference: King Boo has been in one Mario kart game and Waluigi has been all the Mario kart games since Double dash (excluding the first arcade one) and since then he's been in most other Mario spin-offs too. Also, they don't always reveal the unlockable characters before release. None of the unlockable characters in MKW were revealed before release so Waluigi is probably an unlockable character.

I don't know why but I forgot King Boo was in MKW and IIRC, none of the unlockable characters were revealed before the lauch of MKW.

I will defiantly miss the bikes but it is Mario Kart that is the only reason people are hatin on the bikes probably
