Topic: Mario kart 7 Discussion

We were talking about the RPG games. Tons of courses originate from the main Mario games, obviously.

This is the first time I've heard about this "second party not existing" thing. :/

Anyone know how big Far Retro's Involvement in Mario Kart 7 is?

That's Good. They can focus on the Wii U.

I'm still hoping for a Metroid inspired track or a brief cameo (maybe Metroids flying around some track or preserved somewhere in a container). There has never been a track based on a Lab, huh? They should have had made E Gadd's lab and maybe the Metroid would have made an appearance there. Looks like Retro just made a DKCR track and that's it

I'm sure they're doing more than just one track. _{And by that I mean I'm sure they're helping with customization, sounds, karts, characters, etc.}

But Donkey Kong is more Mario related anyway so it only makes sense.

I really am happy there is going to be a Donkey Course as I really have been getting into Donkey Kong lately.

I think a Mario64 track would be cool. You could like go into paintings and whatnot and try to figure out the fastest route.
Anyway...
Anyone else wonder how falling with style is going to be implemented in battle mode? Can you fly in battle mode?

I'm not sure I like that the music is the same as MKWii's. Hopefully that's just filler music.

Wht I do like, however. is the carts so far. they are looking pretty great

Is it a new Castle course? Couldn't recognize it...
Also, I saw some flashy track as well...wasn't the Pinball one...

Guessing from what IGN listed so far as revealed tracks...looks like the Music one. Oooh, ooh! Maybe we can finally load our own music into the game!!! xD

I'm sure it's just filler music. There's no way they'd reuse the same music. Nintendo isn't THAT lazy. _{I think.}

Wouldn't be neat if Disney and Nintendo came together and let us race on The Grid in Mario Kart 7 DLC?
