@TLoL and @Ruceyod No, videogames shouldn't become a chore. I can see how they would for @Ruce though, busy with school and the like.
@TLoL I've never lost faith in videogames, mainly because nintendo's games are amazing.

Jump is quite good, and without OHKO weapons. :3
But give me a controller and smash bros, and I'll be entertained for hours on end.

Yeah, I've been mostly a nintendo gamer, so I know that, at the very least, I'm assured to get some extremely fun and well designed games every year, it's just that I was losing my faith on original concepts and gameplay ideas, until KIU came and gave me a control scheme I had never seen before, all while making it work and being a great game overall.

I think that the opposite applies for me... I must play Sakurai's games, not imagine myself playing Sakurai's games.

I'm losing faith in video games because of smartphones and Capcom. But, I'm mostly losing faith in gamers and their lack of appreciation/open mind.

I think the first reason that games are chores for me is because I lend/borrow them so I'm pressured. It's not necessarily a bad thing because if games weren't chores then they would probably be something I gave up. Either way, my time is limited. I can enjoy games but not fully because of the stress caused by my other preoccupations. If it isn't school, it's going to be art related work. I can't deny that games should be my last priority, sigh.

Oh and @Prof_Clayton ...school...is...never...over... Well, maybe in 1¾ years (mininum). But, because of my amazingly bad schedule for this session (or semester), I have time to visit often. I have 2 to 5 hours of break a day.

Imagination isn't really different from watching walkthough which can be boring. It's an option for a game I'm bad at.

Don't worry about that. I only want to see how can I do against you, just that.

I also figured out that you can make a 'nearby' room in multiplayer and just play with the computer, it can help you practice fighting, thats what I do most of the time because of my terrible internet.

This is REALLY good advice. You can make the CPU slow moving targets for sniping practice, or brutal opponents to test new weapons.

Speaking of sniping, who here would be up for Flintlock Staff fights sometime Saturday?

@RPG If I'm not busy doing other things on KIU, maybe. I recently acquired a nice one, although I'm terrible at it.

For the next few days I'm going to try to find a really good weapon, so I'm trying to find the right powers and mix them all together, not easy.

I have a terrible flinklock I would use. No it isn't an ohko, or a 6 star melee one. I wanted to make it be for old fashion sniping, but alas it was but on my tbc weapons list.

Sure i have a flintlock staff that I haven't used in a while, I think it does 360-ish damage.
OVERKILL I know, but why not?
Seems like it'd be fun so I'm in. :3

Correction: Mine can naturally ohko easily, but, it is too hard to execute to make it worth it.
