Oliva makes for a useful unit. I have her play support mainly but she is helpful in a fight or two.

Pfft, @FishieFish, more power to you, but she's just too weak! I mean, 18 HIT POINTS?! For real?

Anyway, I hardly ever use Staves, not unless I need to rescue someone. I mostly just stock up on Elixirs.

Really? Wow, then I'm the total opposite. I totally relied of staves, rarely used Elixirs or any item heal. Lissa makes an awesome Sage for me. It's Maribelle that's the really frail one.

If I remember correctly, she's a level 10 or so Valkyrie right now and doesn't even have double-digit defence... pretty good Res but geez that's glass defence!

The only time I use Lissa/Maribelle is when I'm trying to save Villagers, on in the 'Mountain Village' Paralogue.

But... Hmm, maybe I'll give it a shot on my fifth playthrough...

Make Lissa and Maribelle both Dark Fliers, and you will like them more.

Wasn't meant to be an insult. Just stating that she is not useless on higher difficulty levels. On low levels of difficulty, nearly any individual character could be deemed useless. Really, only Chrom, your Avatar, and perhaps Frederick early on are integral characters to use.

Didn't realize staves were a dealbreaker. I never use them, I prefer the Galeforce skill, so I get as many Dark Fliers as I can.

@MajesticPaladin Dark Knight for the Life Steal skill. It gives you 50% of your health back every time you kill an enemy.

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.
