Topic: Fire Emblem: Fates

1. Is she still a Songstress?
2. Is she standing next to another unit?
3. Did said unit already take a turn?

Hey users, I need some help. I been trying to get this special accessory called "Emblem Shield". I heard it can be obtain in three ways:

• If you played Awakening, it appears automatically available for free in the accessory shop.
• Becomes available when completing one of the paths on the hardest difficult possible.
• Available when completing all paths.

I know the first one true while I don't know the others are true. Can someone check this out? Or someone who has it, can visit my castle to give me the accessory. You won't lose it, you're just creating a duplicate for receiver.
I just want to complete birthright 100% without buying awakening.

You can buy it in the store too. It's not really that special.

Also, I just tested out my castle's new defenses and got slaughtered before even reaching the first building.

I just checked, Emblem Shield isn't available in my accessory shop. Maybe this is a Nohr thing?

It was in my Hoshido shop. I dunno how I got it...

I looked it up on Serenes and apparently you need Awakening's Streetpass activated to get it. How oddly specific

Well then, I don't want to sound like a begger or some hobo, but can you give me a duplicate of it?

It isn't possible to give out the Emblem Shield as a gift so it looks like you're out of luck.

Crap. I guess it's time to purchase Awakening on Eshop.

The shield really isn't worth $40, but Awakening is a great game to play through anyway, so...

@Sticker: If you got Fates on the Eshop you may want to consider waiting until MyNintendo is up. Japan got 30% off Fates if they owned Awakening so maybe the reverse would happen for US

@Sticker: Not that Awakening isn't a great game, but the Emblrm Shield is not...that...special...you get unique dialogue from giving it to any of the Awakening kids and it looks neat, but that's it.

Why do you want it so bad?

Because I'm a completist. I want to complete the game 100% by having every single item before moving on the next game.

You know it'll take months to unlock every possible support with every possible character right?

They seriously need to balance some of this stuff, or prevent DLC skills online :v

I thought the bonding feature was still in for your spouse, but when I tried it after getting my avatar married, it just jumped to the end conversation, like it does for the other characters.

Not that it was something I was really fussed with, but I fugured I'd at least try it if it was there. Guess not.

Lvl 99 Azura?

There are still plenty of fair battles online. It's not like you are forced to fight these hackers

Level 99 Azura is possible. You have to keep using Eternal Seals. The Warp skill isn't hacked.
