So i want to buy a game online but it won't let me add the funds on my 3ds i think that its to do with my account being registered as 15 years not 18 so would it be better for me to make a new account or is there another option i can do?

Apparently you can verify by paying 50 cents but i don't know how to could someone help please!!!
(i think the amount to verify your account varies by country)

i don't have anything good on my account but i wanted to avoid going through the process again

Use a prepaid eshop card. If there's in your country that is.

Other than that, I don't know if configuring the parental controls would help though.

Then import the cards too. I'm sure you'll find them online for the country you set your 3DS to

Some sellers might even just email you the code to use instantly.

Do you know what is really funny about this? If you are under 17 but you purchase an M rated game, then they will let you buy and download it. However, if you try redownloading the software, then it will tell you that you are too young.

I am registered as 15 years old on my Wii U. I bought Darksiders 2 for $8 on the eShop but deleted it for space for Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid Prime Trilogy. When I checked to see if I could redownload it, it would not let me even view the page.
