Is the DLC part of the base game? Will this run at 60 or 30 FPS? I’ve heard people say it’s going to run at 30 FPS, and if that’s true, it’s a skip for me. Hopefully, it runs at a smooth 60, because while I already have it on PC, it would be wonderful to have it on handheld.
