The corporate bootlicking in this thread, whew. I could understand a Ubisoft shareholder earnestly hammering some of these talking points, but that’s about it. The benefit to the consumer will be negligible and niche at best, just like all the other exploitative practices publishers have trotted out over the years.
@Paraka Not really following the argument here, but regardless comparing Thunder Lotus to Nintendo doesn't make much sense. They're operating on completely different scales.
Kinda embarrassing how ready some people are to launch into a tailspin over review scores they disagree with. State your case in the comments, sure, but mounting assaults against an entire outlet’s credibility? Accusing it of “toxicity?” Please.
Stuart is clearly knowledgable and a fan of puzzlers, making him perfectly well suited to reviewing one he enjoys less. It’s not every outlet’s responsibility to track down a reviewer who loves every single niche corner of a genre – especially for a mini review of a decades-old game.
Aaa, new levels in the original! I had no clue! Toree is truly the gift that keeps on giving.
Games of this scope need way more recognition – all game awards should have a "best short experience" category. They make for a great addition to the gaming ecosystem, but I fear the perception is still that they're borderline shovelware.
Nintendo opening Pandora's Box with their cloud platform will go down as one of their most frustrating decisions ever. As KH has proved, we'll never know what's streaming because it genuinely couldn't run vs. where devs are just taking the path of least resistance.
The first game was brilliant - felt great to control and had a wonderful aesthetic. Very here for quality bite-sized experiences that only cost a buck!
@Yhdekskymmenen why, cuz those "other groups of people" would have no choice but to get gay married? Or are we really still catering to folks who find the mere existence of gay people insulting? I dunno, seems like a bit of a you problem!

Re: Guh-Huh! Grant Kirkhope Has Released A Banjo-Kazooie Remix Album
Clanker's Cavern conspicuously absent? Guess poor Kirkhope struggled with that underwater key as much as the rest of us!

Well I for one appreciate them keeping same-sex marriage out of their awful game!
