I kinda disagree... I mean I don't like Ubi's decision but I'm quite happy with Ubi as a whole and they publish some top quality games (along with poopy cash cows). The developers are usually great. Its like blaming the employees for the big company being poop. If the guy at mcdonalds gets treated like poop for coompany policy then clearly someones pointed the anger in the wrong direction. Its almost always management. So I agree with that but I think your a little harsh on Ubi.

Ditto. Employees always pay the price for everything even thought they are the ones doing everything and not getting enough for their work.
