Finished DK Country over 2 days this week, great great game. Never played the sequels, I hope they make it to switch online eventually!

@BustedUpBiker Completely agree about the HD rumble, and it’s something I’ve noticed in a lot or Indie games, where the rumble is much more intense than it should be…

Having never played a Dragon Quest game before, should I pick this up, or wait for Dragon Quest X or XI ?

I for one think there's a great gaming potential on smartwatches, with games that require several lightweight interactions throughout the day, and I think that light be the case with this one. Will have to see.

I've always wondered, and maybe someone has an answer : why is Rayman not a playable character in SSB ? It seems the fairly good relationship between Ubisoft and Nintendo could allow it…

Why is no-one talking about that weird technologically advanced arrow? Open world is awesome, but I thought the arrow and the laser-blasting boss were a lot more intriguing…

I don't even get Wario's Woods. It's amazingly difficult to understand the basics of the game. Apart from that the game is awesome, way better selection of games than the first

@allav866 I completely agree with you that I definitely am blowing this out of proportion.

But I have to insist, there actual IS an option to play in Wii Mode with the Gamepad turned off, but that option is only available if you actually turn the Wii U on and then choose Wii Mode, not if you use the B shortcut. That's why I don't use the shortcut, and that's why it takes me a lifetime (see the exaggeration ? I'M CRAZY) to play my game

@Mahe I might have been a little too harsh. The only real problem is that it takes a very long time to get to the point where you actually play the game.
I was pretty happy when they announced an update to go straight to Wii mode by pressing B, but unfortunately I never use it because then the gamepad automatically mirrors the TV

Wii mode on Wii U SUCKS. There you go, I said it.

Personally I'd love to try out the social features, but I don't have any 3DS friends

Question to people who use an external hard drive with the console : can you launch games straight from the hard drive ? Do you have to go through a separate menu to do that ? Or do they appear directly on the main Wii U menu ?
