Just a little joycon drift (hardly noticeable), but otherwise it is still in perfect condition thanks in part to the Satisfye Grip. It is well worth the money - comfortable and avoids all of physical stresses away from the Switch.
So much so that I've also relocated all the dock internals into a 3d printed one to be able to accommodate docking the switch with the grip still on.
