Can we stop calling it a BotW clone? I've never played honkai impact but one look at the art style for it is very indicative of mihoyo's design direction, and their new game's visual direction is a product of that style. It is literally what you would imagine if you were told mihoyo was making an open world fantasy game. I confidently believe this game would have looked almost exactly the same in an alternate reality in which BotW did not exist. And I say this as someone who loves to rag on chinese content creators for unoriginality. Give these guys a break.
