Actually, Best buy is cancelling tons of pre-orders. I had only pre-ordered one but they still sent me the refund email. I called customer service to ask if there was anything that I could do, like get on a wait list or something, and they told me that there was nothing that could be done. I wish that they would go after the scalpers alone :'-(
