I got my killswitch case Monday. I haven't had any issues. However dbrand has sent a few emails to me stating they will send the updated version in August at no extra cost. That everyone that has received their order or is in the process of being shipped will get the new joycon grips for free, regardless if the consumer has had issues or not.
