@Duncanballs I know. Thats what I didn't want to say. Lets just say I use emulation as well and of course in the future that will be an option. I was just saying for the people who don't.
The issue I have with this is that eventually when Nintendo Switch servers no longer contain the game in question that you want to play the game card becomes useless. I get that using a larger card that would hold all the data is more expensive but still. If Im gonna buy a physical version its because I like the game enough to make sure I can play it well into the future so this is not a solution I like unless I could back up game files onto another source but Im not gonna get into that.
