Backed it day one, Switch Player and Ninty Fresh are great mags and this looks awesome. Sure the quality will be good enough to make backing a volume 2 if/when more amiibo are released an easy decision!
I've backed it - I like that it's not just Switch but Nintendo in general. Should be some great retrospective features as well as the expected current coverage. Used to love NOM/ONM back in the day and the Switch Player guys do great work - looking forward to it!
That's pretty cool, though I've been saying Lara Croft should make it into Smash for a while now. Hard to think of a more iconic character who hasn't joined the fight yet!
I’m actually less convinced of a Switch Pro reading this. You’d expect a Pro version to have a bigger jump in performance than the one described. Mini still sounds like it could be a goer though...
I'm not expecting any big announcements at E3, but frankly, they can bookend the presentation with Link's Awakening and Animal Crossing, give us a deeper dive on Luigi's Mansion 3 and throw in some Pokemon and E3 will be a winner I reckon.
Four boards seems a bit thin, but they may release more over time. They're enjoying this bare-bones release > stream of free updates model (see Splatoon, ARMS, Mario Tennis) so I could understand why they might do the same for this.
I'm more concerned by just how small those boards look. There doesn't seem much scope for packing various routes, spaces and hazards into such a small area.
