I believe the punishment should be in balance with the crime. I'm going against the grain here. If they're disconnecting to alter their win/lose records then the punishment that is tacked on to that should not be a ban. Add 10 losses to said battle record of the cheater for every intentional disconnect. However to implement this there can be no question that they know it's an intentional disconnect.
