No more hand cramps (I was still getting them occasionally even with the grip case I was using), and another vote on the full sized sticks! (Massively improves accuracy).
It's not perfect, but, for me, it's still the best option for handheld on the Switch that I've tried.

Another vote for the Hori Split Pad Pro.
