First off I have read hundreds of Nintendo life articles and finally made an account just to comment on this article. How many kids want something just because it is new without really understanding WHY they want it? He is making an informed request based on thoroughly and genuinely looking into a product. Also it has always been my personal stance that to get the most value from a console it is best to get into it's ecosystem early on. Sure there might not be a ton of games right away but why not purchase the console as soon as possible and play games and aquire accessories as released instead of waiting to have a giant pile of stuff to purchase all at once down the line. Especially in an age where everyone, Nintendo included has increased console pricing over time with a further increased likelihood of rising prices due to the current memory situation.
