I feel bad for people that use a Switch as their main console. Do yourself a favor and get a PS5/Xbox, or a Steamdeck for 3rd party games. You will only be playing the worst versions with crappy framerates if you get those games on the Switch. Yes, MW2 will run, after it's been severely downgraded and made to run like crap.
My Switch is played for 1st party titles only, and maybe some smaller 3rd party titles that don't really require much power. The only 3rd party games I own are Cuphead, Terraria, and Crash.
@SonOfDracula I can only speak for Crysis, but the game looks and runs like ass on the Switch. You can't try and make a point mentioning games that are on the Switch but don't even play very well due to hardware limitations. The games might as well not even be on the Switch. They run, but not good.
