The WiiU didn't fail because of Backwards compatibility, it failed due to poor marketing and the gimmick being barely used and being more of a nuisance. Also I'm not tech savy but I don't see how Backwards Compatibility would make it easier for hackers to hack into the switch 2 to get their games.
While I would want more story-content, I do like the idea of a Stage creator mode, would bring some longevity to the game. Heck they could do Stages for single player if needed.
I think Metroid Prime 4 has a shot of being a launch title, they've recently been releasing metroid games on the switch, both of them doing fairly well, and I think so they can hype up metroid prime 4, and I think a launch title release might be very beneficial for the game, with also the years long wait for the game.
@Anachronism What's necessarily going to stifle innovation and restricting competition by making portable devices batteries replaceable? Because honestly I see this being a good way to innovate on the structural strength of portable devices, especially with waterproofness.

Metroid Dread, its so great looking, no wonder the game was essentially the showcase title for the OLED Switch.
Others I might include is BOTW, Splatoon 2/3 and Super Mario Odyssey.
