@teo_o Switch 2 is my main console currently and I love it. I think it's a more complete package, hardware wise, than the first device ever was and I wholeheartedly recommend it. It's longer-term AAA future remains to be seen though. As long as there are no PS6 and Xbox5 fidelity won't improve by that much, and devs will be able to optomise around it (given the Switch 2 sells well enough). Anything after that, I wouldn't count on it!
@Dee123 It's not ridiculous to compare, it makes perfect sense. I have both a PS5 and a Switch 2, and am probably not the only one. Then there even are people who might be contemplating what console to get based on this version. You can play Switch 2 on the go of course, so everyone can make their own trade off.
Obviously, if you only have a Switch 2 and no other console the comparison makes no sense, but in that case no comparison would make sense anyway. Because regardless of any comparison, that's the only version you can get.
That being said, while I'm not a big fan of graphics, Rebirth is definitely one of those games I wouldn't buy for the Switch 2 given I had the choice. It's an incredibly cinematic game, it benefits a lot from being played on a big screen with a great sound system.
Rebirth is one of my favorite games of all-time and I was wondering whether to get the game for Switch 2 as well, but based on these comparisons I'll just stay with my PS5 version.
