@Bizzyb Maybe it was delayed because of the CPU. The PS5 and Xbox Series technically have the same CPU but the Switch 2 has a completely different ISA so it takes more time to port games. But who knows?
People called me insane because I said that it doesn't look 4K in docked mode and said that there is something wrong with my eyes. And now even the guys at DF say that it is the worst Switch 2 version so far
The A57 and A78 cores are not compatible but still very similar and that's the reason they don't have to use emulation. With an emulator Switch 1 games would not run better on the Switch 2 like some games even without a next gen version still run at 60 fps through backwards compatibility.
@Theamazing1 Because the Zen 2 CPU cores used in PS5 and Xbox Series are natively backwards compatible with the AMD Jaguar cores in PS4 and Xbox One. For the Switch 2 they use a translation layer to play Switch 1 games.
