I preordered the Luigi set on September 15th and then on October 6th I received an Email saying my order had been cancelled. I contacted Walmart cust serv and they said there was nothing that they could do. They told me that they could send me another Email if it should go available again. 10 minutes later it did and I preordered it again on October 6th. On October 10th I recieved another Email from Walmart saying my order had been cancelled again. So yes, I was able to pre order Mario kart home circuit twice (for my daughters birthday that was on September 24th) and both times my order was cancelled. Happy birthday Kara.
