If y'all blindly support Nintendo as fanboys and label people who criticize Nintendo as haters, you are wrong. If you attack Nintendo and their fans without constructive criticism, you are wrong too.
In this case, Nintendo definitely deserves criticism because they are getting complacent, lazy, and greedy over the past few years. They are not improving the UI for the Switch or its eShop for years, they stopped selling Mario 3D All Star and the original Fire Emblem for no legitimate reasons. What about the Joy-Con drift issue which has been plaguing our controllers for years? And now they try to sell 10 year old HD remaster with $59.99 and lock QoL feature in $25 amiibo, and that policy is encouraging scalpers to rip people off. This is like locking fast travel feature in Wind Waker HD, and it should have been included in the game in the first place. What's the difference between what they have been doing and EA's greedy business practices?
I get it. They can do whatever they want to do with their IPs. But if they get greedy and screw up their loyal customers, then we have a right to call them out as well. After all, you don't want to waste your hard earned money on crappy products. I spent over $100 for amiibos and constantly buying their games, but I am going to pass this game for sure. I will answer it with my wallet. Plain and simple.
This amiibo thing deserves criticism. QoL feature locked in a $25 amiibo, while the 10 year old remastered game is $59.99, is pure greed, and it is frustrating for loyal Nintendo fans (not counting blind fanboys). So I am wondering what would be next. Lock pause or save function in a $25 amiibo as well?
Nintendo needs aggressive marketing for the Wii U. So far, I have only seen one Wii U commercial on TV which was for Pikmin 3, so I think they should release more TV commercials for upcoming games. Moreover, Nintendo need to release forgotten IPs like Metroid, F-Zero, Mother, Eternal Darkness on Wii U while they should look for more third-party exclusive deals like Bayonetta 2 and Devil's Third. And releasing several brand new IPs like Splatoon, I believe Wii U can have better sales trend than what it is right now. Look how Sony turned the tide of PS3 back in 2009.
@Hy8ogen Hey, I don't like people posting their key quests on a certain room for a certain monster either. However, if the room leaders kick people out from the room which is designated for any quests (ex: 6 or 7 star quests), then there is a problem. And I have been seeing that all the time.
I like the game, but I can't stand people at online. They have very horrible attitude, and trolls kick out players for posting the urgent quest (for HR up) or even posting different quests. People at MH tri or MH3U were not this bad. I like Capcom for giving us a free DLC, but they should not have allowed room leaders to kick players out. That fuction often getting abused by wrong hands.
I don't care about the Region Locking unless Nintendo messes up. That's why I was really upset when Nintendo did not release Xenoblade Chronicles in time.

@Clubnewcasino I agree 100%.

Re: Talking Point: The 2017 Role of the 3DS Was Established in its Nintendo Direct
Nintendo's message from this Direct is clear: "The Wii U is dead, so we are going to focus on 3DS until the NX comes out."
