If it can't fit on the cartridge it can't come out on Switch 2. A game is only "released" on a console if it gets an actual release on a physical medium.
Right now I'm 100% physical. The only thing that would get me to buy a digital game is if it were not available physically AND I could buy it entirely with points earned in game or something. Even then I might not be willing to do that because it would mean having to connect my console to the internet.
I won't buy a console that doesn't do physical media. I won't buy a console that requires an internet connection... even if it's just to set it up.
I was so excited for this but it doesn't actually seem to be out yet. I can't find a single store that is carrying it. I assume it will get a full release eventually as part of a double pack like the other 2000s era Star Wars games. PErsonally I am hoping for a Kotor 1 and 2 double pack.
Would this work with a PSTV to upscale PSP games? If so that might be worth a purchase as I got a bunch of those when Sony was saying the store would close.
I didn't play these back in the day but I hope this does well. I would love to get a volume 2 with La Pucelle Tactics which is a game I have a lot of nostalgia for.
Also did this get released in America or do I need to order it from PlayAsia?
@Magician If I had to buy a collectors edition to get that game I would... of course I would need it to be fully in English as I don't read Japanese.
I assume they will at least do an Asia English release for Legend of Mana, at least on Switch, as most Square retro games have gotten one (Final Fantasy 7/8, Final Fantasy 9, Romancing Saga 3) if not a full US release (Collection of Mana)
I preordered this from PlayAsia on both PS4 and Switch... apparently the PS4 release was cancelled.
Really hoping Legend of Mana gets announced soon.
Also... they released Romancing Saga 2 and 3 on Switch but not 1 and now they are doing Saga Frontier. I hope the plan is to keep going and do Saga Frontier 2 and especially the PS2 remake of Romancing Saga 1 (called Romancing Saga: Minstrel Song). That PS2 game is one I never finished and would love to take another shot at!

Re: Video: What's Going On With Nintendo's Mii, And Why Are They Dying Out?
I never really cared for these avatars. I never bothered to make any of them and I didn't own the systems that featured them heavily.
