I have never been so disrespected by a company before. I ordered 2 systems, one for my friend as a gift and one for me. After the disappointment of other retailers selling out before I could get one I was over the moon when I claimed 2 systems within the first few minutes of Best Buy releasing them. We were in disbelief that we were even able to get our hands on a pre-order. We were very excited and couldn't wait to receive our very own Majora's Mask 3ds xl. My friend was especially excited because it was his favorite from the Zelda series. They cancelled one of my orders. I will be giving the 1 to my friend. But now I wont be receiving one because of Best Buys incompetence. Best Buy made the commitment to give me my order when I payed for the 2 systems. They did not state at the time of purchase that it would be one system per credit card. Had I known this I would have purchased them separately. I cant stand people reselling the system for double the price as much as the next gamer. But that's not the point. I purchased them, its wrong for Best Buy to take away what I payed for. Now the system is nearly impossible for me to replace right now as every time it appears at a retailer it sells out. Best Buy is untrustworthy and I refuse to purchase anything from them again. Who's to say the next item I buy will simply be cancelled. They had the stock when I purchased the item there is no reason for them to go back on orders they promised. This is not fair to innocent buyers who payed their hard earned money on a pre-order that was promised. Best Buy needs to give compensation because this is inexcusable. Their excuse to me was sometimes their stores can run out. They didn't run out. I purchased it within minutes. Best Buy shouldn't get away with this. Its even worse for people who ordered 1 and that was canceled. Inexcusable Best Buy. You are no longer a reliable company in my eyes and you have permanently lost my business.
