It's only for japan, only way we get it is if they breed them and trade over gts or wonder trade. That may not even be possible though, to breed the ability you have to use a female serperior since males can't pass hidden abilities to eggs. So if they only distribute males for some reason then no breeding the ability. Then if they do hand out females, serperior is male 88% of the time and female 12% of the time so getting a female will suck anyway.
