NISA has announced that it will be hosting its own game showcase on September 7th at 8am PT / 4pm BST.
The showcase itself will cover 4 brand new game announcements, alongside a "handful" of updates before ending with a post-showcase livestream looking at some of the publisher's upcoming games.
As part of the showcase, NISA will also be hosting a giveaway in which one lucky fan can win an exclusive, one-of-a-kind acrylic print featuring artwork from one of NISA's new titles.
NISA is well known for localising and publishing partnered video games in the west, including the likes of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc from Spike Chunsoft and World's End Club from Too Kyo Games. Here's hoping the new showcase will bring some bangers for western audiences!
Will you be checking out The NISA Showcase 2022 next week? What games are you hoping to see? Let us know!

We need Danganronpa Another Episode: Absolute Despair Girls on Switch!
Personally I'm hoping Classics Vol. 4 will be announced and that it'll be a Cladun collection. Or maybe Disgaea 2 and/or 3 for Switch, they're the only two we don't have since Disgaea 7 has already been announced for Switch.
Oooooh nice! Still waiting for Disgaea D2 to get ported to modern consoles.
As someone who just recently played and fell in love with the Danganronpa series, the thumbnail for the article nearly gave me a heart attack.
@AnnoyingFrenzy Monokuma could give you much more than a heart attack if he wanted to!
@Olliemar28 like a bear hug 🤗
@Olliemar28 True! Although I'm sure he'd much rather trap everyone in this comments section in a killing game.
That's very nisa!
Ys X? Maybe? Pls?
@aznable Probably not. Falcom are too busy developing the half dozen Legend of Heroes games they're bringing to Switch over the next couple years.
The sequel to Layton x Wright: Kirigiri x Edgeworth
@aznable I want Ys 1 so bad I check for news every week. I'm so hopeful. Why wouldn't we get that game. We have everything else!
Very doubtful there'll be anything to do with Danganronpa for this, Spike Chunsoft's been self-publishing them for a bit.
What's that...?
Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky trilogy being released as a single title?
Oh good.
Seeing Disgaea 7 there is expected, but ports of D3 & DD2 would be nice, seeing as those are still locked on the PS3 & Vita. I don't know enough about the NIS backlog to say anything else, though.
Why is Danganronpa the image for this article, NISA doesn't have anything to do with the series anymore.
Would love raw danger / SOS final escape collection or an hd port of steambot chronicles. Those games are hidden gems /cult games on PS2.
@gcunit I like the way you think! 😊
Any Trails or Ys news would make me ecstatic!
It's a shame whatever it is it will be overpriced plus an extra £10 in UK on Switch if it comes there. NIS have been taking us Brits and Nintendo users for a right ol' ride these past couple years.
