Android 21 (Lab Coat) Is Now Available In Dragon Ball FighterZ

I really like it when fighting games make alternate versions of characters like this or Dr. Mario seperate characters with unique moves/stats/animations instead of costumes. Games like kart racers where characters are purely cosmetic on the other hand... not so much.

No way, they're announcing Android 21? No way, so soon after the last version? And strange that Google skipped verisons 13-20.

I know this is probably stupid to ask, but are we going to need to pay for it? they haven't said anything about that, not that I care, because I have been waiting for human 21.

Till now, the only way you could play her was is Xenoverse.

@Royalblues I still hope we get the good version of Majjin 21 that we saw in the story mode, I know it was only the change to the eyes, and if they were to add it, they would have to make a intro animations, But I liked playing as her in story mode.

I want people to start reffering to me like Dragon Ball Characters.

I’m super excited for her. My biggest complaint against fighters up till now was that I loved good 21 and wanted to play as her. As such I’m super happy for this.

Dragon Ball FighterZ let's go! would've figured she was a hidden character but ig those days are long behind us. hyped and def going to be picking up FighterZ again

Totally going to check her out, I had to play xenoverse just to play lab 21. At long last I can play her in FighterZ!

But if I had to pick one character I would really want, It would be raditz, man didn't deserve getting picked over nappa.

I can't wait til they add Vegeta wearing one shoe as a fighter.

Was this the only announcement that came out of the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour?

@HollowSpectre but at least it would be another Goku for Lythero to dunk if something like that were the case.

Should have been there from the start, I personally like this look better, the other one looks too similar to Buu to be its own unique design.

@Zanzox she’s a bonus fighter, of course she’s not in line with other characters, because she’s a bonus.
And it’s actually pretty normal for fighters to have payed characters.

However, I do agree that it does kinda suck we have to pay for a fighter that should have been in the game.by default but oh well, it’s only five smackers.

@Snatcher I perfectly understand your reasons, but 5 bucks ... some great indie games cost 5 bucks, I found some week ago Guilty gear XX reload at 3,50 on sale...
Also it's a pretty old game with more than half roster as dlc ... I thought they gave him at least this as present.

They just showed up out of nowhere and said "Hey look, a new Fighter" And so its not out of the realm of possibility if it was a gift fighter, even I thought so.

So your reaction is pretty understandable.

Yeah, a gift fighter to build hype, or available free as a purchase bonus for FighterZ Pass 3 (or all three) alongside a standalone payment. Heck, got Mewtwo for Smash 4 and Piranha Plant for Ultimate as purchase bonuses, so I’d assumed there’d be something besides a flat fiver.
