We've been keeping one eye peeled for Garden Story for quite some time now, and suddenly, just like that, our wait is finally over. The adorable fruit-themed RPG just got a surprise drop on the Switch eShop, where it will be a timed console exclusive.

As the newly-appointed Guardian of the Grove, tiny grape hero Concord is tasked with fighting back the Rot that has torn apart the community, as well as rebuilding, revitalising, and renovating the town.

If you're a fan of Rune Factory, Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, or pretty much any game in that vein, it looks like Garden Story will fill that hole in your heart that's crying out for a new game to sink all your time into.
