This week sees the return of Gamescom and if you're not yet excited about this year's event, don't worry Geoff - the host of Opening Night Live - has got you covered.
He's released another one of his trademark "hype" trailers, in an attempt to get fans pumped for what's ahead. On the Switch front, we can look forward to news about LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge and Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania.
As noted by Geoff, Opening Night Live will run for two hours with more than 30 games on show. Beyond Nintendo, the show will also include details about the new Call of Duty, Death Stranding, Far Cry and much more. We'll be covering all of the announcements here on Nintendo Life.

Can't wait for those two new Nick Brawl characters! Just hoping they save Aang and Korra for later, they're the least interesting of the silhouette leaked characters to me.
I'm going to watch for, TMNT, Nick brawl stars (I hope) and lego star wars.
I'm honestly just gonna watch a few trailers following Gamescom. Just like every year.

I'm watching it for Lego Star Wars mainly, but I'm also hoping to see some updates on Evil Dead and maybe a new Crash game. More surprises are welcome, too, of course!

And this man is trying to be the voice of gaming? Maybe he (and Kojima) need to move to Hollywood instead of trying to turn gaming into it?
I won't watch it. Geoff's shows are allways boring as heck...

Here's hoping for Pikmin 4 or Mario Kart 9. Chances of either are highly unlikely, but stranger things have happened.
