If you never got around to participating in the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity or Bravely Default II spirit event in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, there's no need to worry.
Nintendo has added some of these spirits permanently to the game's spirit line-up - meaning you can grab them whenever you want. All up, there are three spirits to unlock for Age of Calamity and two to unlock for Bravely Default II.
Impa (Age of Calamity), Master Kohga, Diminutive Guardian
Seth & Gloria, Elvis & Adelle

Thanks, I've been patiently waiting for the Age of Calamity spirits.
Now, all that I need are #1466 and #1467 🤓
It's so funny because I've spent the last few days completing my spirit collection during the "striped" event, so I was surprised to have these appear on the spirit board today after resigning myself to having to wait for them. Let's hope they add the Monster Hunter Rise spirits soon too, there's nothing worse than an incomplete collection after all! 😅
Finally, these were the only ones I’d missed so far.

still waiting for arthur and sophia. (btw the only spirits im missing are pirahna plant fighter and those two) yeah it is definitley a waste of time. doesnt mean i'll stop though
@Synecdoche me too. The gaps in the collection are slowly killing me
@Synecdoche The save data exclusive spirits (Partner Pikachu, Partner Eevee, Tockles) became available for everyone in the following major update (when Piranha Plant released for the Pokemon spirits and when Banjo released for Tockles) so Arthur and Sophia will likely become available for everyone when the next fighter is released.
I've fallen behind on earning Spirits, so I really appreciate this.
I still need to summon some spirits.
Here’s what I need:
All Joker, Hero, Terry, and Byleth spirits
All Bowser’s Fury spirits (my switch was in repair so I missed them)
Arthur and Sophia Spirits as well
So I’m almost there
