In the dozens (and dozens) of hours it takes to beat Assassin's Creed Valhalla it's possible you'll chop off approximately 800 heads, though you'll kill thousands as you rampage through monasteries and towns in a very Viking-esque way. Even going back to the older games that we can enjoy on the Switch, for example, it's a series where killing is very much a key part of the job description.
But hey, no reason not to have the series in a new range of Mister Men and Little Miss books, why not!
By mixing the Assassin's Creed® sense of adventure and history with the colorful and delightful designs of the Little Mr. Men, these books will appeal to both young and adult readers. Follow Mister Ezio, Little Miss Kassandra, and Little Miss Eivor, as they each try to complete their own missions in the first three books of this series!
It's a pretty crazy crossover, but it's a pretty crazy world.
That said, for fans of Assassin's Creed lore there have been an impressive range of novels and graphic novels announced; it's worth taking a look on the official page.
The series certainly seems to be on a high with lots for fans to dig into. We're still rather hoping for a release of Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection on Nintendo Switch; maybe it's part of Ubisoft's E3, we'll have to wait and see.

This has to be a joke surely??
Yeah these surely cannot be real. If they are I’m buying a million copies though. Bat-s**t insane.
Love Mr Men books so day one buy for me and the Grand Daughter hopefully there won't be stability issues and different versions to come?
Wow....ok....WT actual F?
In my day kids had books like Clifford the dog and Paddington Bear. Now kids get books about assassins.
It's like Papa Stalin is smiling down at us from heaven.
Finally. Waiting now for Curious George to do a crossover with Planet of the Apes.
@NEStalgia To be fair, those kids books back then are dark af.
"Ezio only kills bad people. Rodrigo was bad, so Ezio used his hidden blade."
We need more Assassin's Creed games on the Switch
@nessisonett I mean, we grew up on classic fairytales that have their villains disembowelled at best and stewed/fried/baked alive at worst (among just what I recall off the bat here).😅 And apparently, those were actually heavy censorships of the original Grimm & Co's fare!
I'm not sure why people think this is a bad thing - I think it's fun. Also, kids books have always had weird, dark stuff in them. My version of The Little Mermaid as a child was the one where she dissolves into foam at the end
What in the actual heck, it's not a crossover I expected to see.
WHAAAAAAT
I LOVED THOSE BOOKS
Y'know
I don't like Assassins Creed at all
But this
I love insane stuff like this
I thought the Doctor Who crossover they did a few years back was pretty neat. But this seems so far out of left field that I'm struggling to understand why it came to be.
This could spawn a whole new genre of children's edutainment!
"47 knew that talking to strangers was bad, so he made sure to say as quiet as he could as he snuck up close to Mr. Barnaby, without making a peep. Mr. Barnaby seemed friendly, but 47 knew the money was good, and the Shadow Client didn't like Mr. Barnaby very much at all. Splash! Went Mr. Barnaby as the meat cleaver fell onto his bald head. "I'd better return this costume before the chef wakes up in the meat locker and notices it's missing" thought 47 as he slinked back inside from the slippery red balcony."
My reaction doesn’t matter as I’m not earnestly concerned or invested here, but I did enjoy those books as a lad
I think I had one of those books. This has got to be a weird joke right?
And if this does well, next year we'll see Biscuit vs. Monster Hunter, Polly Pocket GTA, and Dora the Tomb Raider. Because money is good.
I just hope one day Ubisonf give more AC titles to Nintendo !!
I really had to check the date. This is nuts.
Mr. Ezio, love it.
Obviously we now need Mr. 47, Mr. Freeman and Little Miss Croft.
I doubt these are actually targeted at kids or put on shelves in the children's department. The Doctor Who ones were in the adult section of my local bookshop. It's a bit like all those mock Famous Five books that you get these days, like 'Five Give Up the Booze'. Those books have the Enid Blyton signature on the front but obviously aren't written by Blyton and are aimed at adults who read the Five books when they were children.
Bruh moment. They could've chosen any Ubisoft IP, and they chose Assassins Creed?!?!
